Yes, everything offered by Aglet is 100% authentic. At Aglet every item is thoroughly checked for authenticity before we offer it to our customers. We would never sell counterfeit items nor do we encourage such items.
Yes, just as you we also struggle to get our hands on these exclusive items. So, how are we able to get our hands on the items? We buy all our pairs from physical stores, online stores, collectors and resellers. Throughout the years we have built a huge network of sellers with whom we work closely together to provide our customers the desired items.
First of all, Aglet always strives to offer the best prices. As you know, we sell limited edition items which have a high demand and low stock in general. Therefore, the market price of the items can highly fluctuate. We match our prices with the market and evaluate every week.

Forgot to add something to your cart or do you want to cancel your order? No problem, just send an e-mail to info@agletstore.com and maybe we can still change/cancel the order. If the order already has been shipped, then canceling is not possible. In that case you always have the possibility to return the item back to us. Yes, we want to satisfy as many customers as possible. Therefore we offer worldwide shipping.
At the moment we only provide free shipping within the Netherlands. Customers from all other countries have to pay rates based on their location.
We strive to deliver your item as fast as possible. For Dutch customers it will take 2 to 5 business days. For all other customers outside the Netherlands delivery times are dependent on your location. Usually our worldwide customers receive their item within 10 business days. During peak periods it may take longer for your order to arrive.
For customers in Netherlands we work together with PostNL. For all other customers outside the Netherlands we use PostNL, DHL, UPS and DPD. We try to find the cheapest but most reliable logistics provider for every customer.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the logistics provider to process your shipment. If after 48 hours you still cannot find your shipment, please contact us on info@agletstore.com.
We do not have a physical store or address to pick up your orders. We do provide meetups in Amsterdam and Schiphol if a customer requests that. Please send an e-mail to info@agletstore.com.
Yes, Aglet accepts returns and/or exchanges according to our return policy. Please read the refund policy carefully before applying a return request. If you wish to return your item, please send a request to info@agletstore.com.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at the moment. This means that for every item you wish to return all shipping costs made will not be reimbursed.
